Visiting the territory becomes essential for understanding it. In a first journey by car, the parishes of Rio Tinto, Baguim do Monte, Fânzeres, São Pedro da Cova, Foz do Sousa and Valbom were visited. In a second moment, the most southern, more rural parishes were visited, such as Melres and Medas and Lomba. The third visit to the territory resulted in a pedestrian route, a constant confrontation with the limits of the municipalities of Porto and Gondomar.
